Chef Sateesh honed his skills at the esteemed Hotel crown plaza SURYA refining his culinary craft under the guidance of seasoned Chefs.Following this, Chef Sateesh’s journey took him to the renowned ITC Shonar Bangla, where he served as a Commis Chef, contributing his innovative skills to the culinary landscape. His dedication and proficiency garnered recognition, leading him to a pivotal role as a culinary consultant with Club Mahindra, where he enhanced culinary experiences.
Embracing the spirit of entrepreneurship, Chef Sateesh delved into freelance consulting while collaborating with top-tier brands. His inaugural project, a Korean restaurant in Hyderabad for a discerning Korean family, marked the genesis of his diverse portfolio.
Breaking new ground, Chef Sateesh expanded his horizons by
becoming an event consultant at the iconic Ramoji Film City. Here, he
orchestrated unforgettable culinary experiences, showcasing his versatility in
the dynamic world of events.
In a testament to his commitment to education and mentorship, Chef Sateesh played a pivotal role of Culinary Instructor in shaping the future of
culinary talents at the esteemed I.H.M Shri Shakti Institute of Hotel Management. As he nurtured budding chefs by teaching them the nuances of the kitchen.
Undeterred by challenges, Chef Sateesh co-founded of multiple franchises, including the acclaimed ‘Idli Street.’ His visionary approach and business acumen have left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape.
Since the Last five years Chef. Sateesh has partnered with long time friend , classmate Chef. Cyril in establishing Run the Hotel which has been a go to brand for impecceble consulting from its inception He has won numerous accolades, Milestones and Awards in the Field of Consulting and hopes to grow the brand with his trusted aide.
